DIVINE SOUND MEDITATION

There are many methods of meditation. Meditation with the Divine Sound is an easy method.

When the mind is absorbed in the Divine Sound, it seems to slow down and become peaceful.

Most meditators report feelings of ecstasy, bliss and utmost peace when they meditate with the Divine Sound.

HOW TO MEDITATE WITH THE “DIVINE OMDASJI SOUND MEDITATION “

Sit in a relaxed posture with the spine straight or lie down in the shavasana or corpse position.

Listen to the Divine Sound Singing of Dhyanyogi Omdasji. If unable to listen to the Divine Sound of Omdasji, an alternate method is to play the Divine Sound CD and let yourself flow with the Sound.

Watch yourself as witness.When you see your mind wandering, bring it back gently to focus on the flow of the Sound.

You will find yourself relaxing and perhaps falling asleep. If so, let it happen and return to the meditative state as soon as you wake up.At the end of meditation you will feel refreshed and peaceful.

Creating the right ambience helps.Sit in a shaded room.Light a candle/lamp and incense.Keeping a portrait or picture of Dhyanyogi Omdasji and praying also helps.

Always use the same cloth or towel as seat. Meditating at same time everyday gives good results as the mind and body become tuned to meditation.
